A Summer Travel City Guide to Jackson Hole

A Summer Travel City Guide to Jackson Hole

As part of our summer travel series, today we're joined by Meagan Murtagh, a blogger from Jackson Hole, Wyoming, who is sharing her favorite spots for a sunny, summer weekend getaway in Wyoming.

Jackson Hole is quickly becoming a must-see town of the U.S., especially for summer road trips! We're located right next to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, offering one of the most picturesque places in the country. With dramatic views, abundant wildlife, mountains to climb, and lakes to swim in, plus a town full of incredible locals, Jackson Hole is truly a magical place to visit in the summer.

For every summer trip, you need a great bra—which is why I was so excited to receive my ThirdLove bras (and, they are even more beautiful in person). For someone who is constantly running around town from work and hikes to dinners and events, these bras hold up for any mountain town occasion. The details are gorgeous and the quality is top notch, I know these will be a part of my wardrobe for years to come! The Classic T-Shirt Bra is my everyday go-to, while the Front Closure Lace Racerback is perfect for all of my summer dresses!

See more of my picks below:

1. Mountain Dandy.

Mountain Dandy is this amazing showroom in Jackson Hole, full of handsome and vintage finds for the home. I always tell people that it’s a masculine store, but I want everything in there! Christian, the owner, has impeccably cool style and an amazing eye for design and vintage finds. He and his partner John, owner of Made Jackson Hole, cruise around the country and find things that look like they were picked right out of a Mad Men episode.

2. Healthy Being Juicery & Cafe.

This all vegan cafe sits right off Town Square in an adorable historic log cabin. It started off as a juice bar, but has grown to be one of my favorite spots to grab a bite. Everything is vegan and raw, but your taste buds would swear it isn’t. Their acai bowls, avocado toast, and smoothies are perfect before a long day hiking in Grand Teton National Park or hitting the Snake River. I always pop in for a healthy midday snack, too!

3. Nest.

If you’re looking for the happiest place in Town, Nest is it. The owner Noa just opened for business in this adorable purple bungalow (with the most charming garden!). Her style is very Tomboy Chic with brands like Scotch & Soda and Sanctuary. Their accessories, especially their clutches and hats, are to die for. They also offer adorable gifts and fun things for the kitchen and home.

4. Persephone Bakery.

People may go for this adorable teeny tiny coffee shop atmosphere, but I go for the baked goods. Hands down, best baker in Jackson Hole! Their fresh cookies, croissants, and French delicacies (like this strawberry rhubarb pie) are all so Instagram-worthy you may be afraid touch, but snap a quick pic and then devour! A cozy place to grab breakfast or lunch in the Winter with a wonderful outdoor setting in the Summer.

5. Lily & Company.

Lily & Company creates the dreamiest floral bouquets for weddings, events, and everyday life. Emily, the owner, is insanely talented and just as sweet! She’s a favorite among brides and local business owners for her creative designs and event decor. Her boutique serves as her bloom design studio as well as a wonderful place to grab gifts and home accessories.

6. Jackson Hole Winery.

A locally family owned and operated winery smack dab in the middle of their family ranch! A must see to add to your JH travels for any vino lover. These grapes have earned major recognition in the wine world with their secret ingredient of high-altitude elevations. Their tasting room is one of the oldest log cabins in Jackson Hole, offering a unique wine tasting experience.

This post is part of a summer travel series, where we'll be exploring destinations around the United States (and world) in the coming weeks and months.
